Yes you may make and sell items decorated with my designs provided that the following simple terms and conditions are met.

1. The items are handmade only by you and are sold only by you.

2. You do not make items and pass them on to anyone else for re-sale.

3. You do not employ anyone to make the items for you.

4. You must not sell the pattern or chart itself under any circumstances.

5. You must clearly state in the item description or listing that the cross stitch was designed by Lucie Heaton and provide a link to www.lucieheaton.com if possible by way of showing your appreciation for using the design.

6. The above terms and conditions do not mean that any of my designs are now copyright free just that the terms of how they may be used has changed. By making and selling any item using any of my cross stitch designs you are accepting the above terms & conditions and I reserve the right to withdraw my permission at any time if I think the terms are not being followed properly.

PDF stands for Portable Document Format, it is an electronic document that must be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program which is commonly installed on most computers, you will need version 6 or higher to open our PDF charts

If you don't have the Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed already please visit Adobe.com to download the program free of charge

Once your payment has been confirmed please log into your member’s area with your username and password where you will be able to view your  current and past orders , your charts will be stored here permanently so that you can download them whenever you need to.

To view or print your charts first ensure you have adobe acrobat reader version 6 or higher installed then simply click on the file 'view pdf' in your member's area and the chart will open ready to view, save or print.

You will first need to register as a member and log in. Registration is free and you are not obliged to make a purchase in order to access the free chart.

Click on the free chart and choose the option 'Get this pattern' if you are logged in the free chart will automatically be added to your member's area with the message 'paid' appearing next to it, you have NOT been charged for receiving this item, the message just confirms that your free chart is ready for download.

Go to your Member area and click on the file 'view pdf'  your chart should now open in Adobe Acrobat Reader ready to view print or save to your computer.
